This area of law requires the compassion and knowledge of an increasingly complex practice area. See our settlement in W.S., et al v. County of Santa Cruz.

If you have ever suffered discrimination or been harassed because of your sex, sexual orientation, race, religion or ethnicity, you may have a claim against the party responsible for the conduct. The world of plaintiffs' civil rights is complex and constantly changing. Our practice seeks to ensure that your rights and claims are protected and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
